Response Time

We aim to reply within two business days. If your team has an urgent issue on game day, put "URGENT" in the subject line and we will do our best to jump on it faster.

What to Include

• The email address on your account so we can find you quickly.
• A clear description of what you were trying to do and what happened.
• For bugs: the page you were on, the device and browser you used, and a screenshot if you have one.
• For feature ideas: tell us the coaching problem you are trying to solve — that helps us build the right thing.
