Welcome to CoachesGame. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Who Can Use CoachesGame
CoachesGame is provided for youth sports coaches, assistant coaches, and team parents to organize and develop their teams. You must be 18 or older to create an account. The platform is intended to help kids get better at the game — accounts that manage youth teams should be operated by adults.
Subscriptions & Billing
- Monthly plan: $29/month, billed through Stripe. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges and your access continues through the end of the paid period.
- Annual plan: $249/year. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of your annual purchase for a full refund.
- Free resources: the blog, Game Cards preview, and free tools remain free.
- Prices may change with notice; changes never affect a billing period you have already paid for.
Acceptable Use
Use CoachesGame to coach and develop your team. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share, and respect the privacy of children and families.
Prohibited Uses
- Uploading unlawful, harassing, or harmful content.
- Attempting to access other coaches' teams, accounts, or data.
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or reselling the platform or its coaching content.
- Using the service to collect personal information about children beyond what coaching requires.
No Warranty
CoachesGame is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Coaching guidance, drills, and AI responses are informational and are not a substitute for professional judgment, medical advice, or proper supervision of young athletes. You are responsible for the safety of the players in your care.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoachesGame is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
